The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing Time: Order verification, design, quality check, packaging etc. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 daysĀ from the point of payment. This can however extend to 7 days if your order includes any custom items that need to be made as well as if we have an influx of orders, Mystery box drops are a prime example of this.
Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from ourĀ shop/warehouse to your shipping address.Ā An accurate estimatedĀ time is visible at checkout when you select which method you would like your order delivered through.
