Here at AB Designs co, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We have broken our shipping times down into two parts to better explain how it works.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: Order verification, design, quality check, packaging etc. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 days from the point of payment. This can however extend to 7 days if your order includes any custom items that need to be made as well as if we have an influx of orders, Mystery box drops are a prime example of this.
Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our shop/warehouse to your shipping address. An accurate estimated time is visible at checkout when you select which method you would like your order delivered through.

If you have any questions or queries on a shipment, please get in touch with your order number and query and we will do our very best to help you!
